| Colleen joined the Charles Simeon Trust as Director of Workshops in September of 2007. Colleen came to the Trust from the corporate world, most recently as a Business Development Manager at a major insurance corporation. A native of Illinois, Colleen earned a bachelor’s degree in marketing from the College of Business, the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. She is also presently pursuing an MDiv from Trinity Evangelical Divinity School. Colleen regularly teaches the Bible as part of the women's ministry of Holy Trinity Church in Chicago and is also a regular speaker for other women's ministry events. At the Trust, Colleen is primarily responsible for all activities related to the Workshops on Biblical Exposition. She works with the host churches to coordinate the logistics of the Workshops as well as directs nearly every other facet of the Workshops, including coordinating the Workshop for Women in Ministry initiative. Beyond the Workshops, Colleen coordinates the financial operations of the Trust and works with the other staff members on numerous collaborative projects. |
